Family trip. We ate really well, great entertainment, especially for young children. Very friendly reception, always available. A trip worth repeating.

Wonderful holiday! The entertainment team made it so much fun, the waiters and kitchen staff pampered us, and the housekeeping girls always left everything spotless for us, every single day. Stefano from the Aristocratico, a wonderful person, and Iacopo, Nicolò and Wi-Fi (Filippo), such lovely, fun people, without taking anything away from the girls I haven't mentioned. Warm regards and see you next time, for sure!

We stayed here with the family for a week, a fantastic week.
Amazing staff, from the dining room to the housekeepers, excellent cleaning of the rooms and common areas, and above all so kind, especially two housekeeping girls on the first floor of the Rio. Unfortunately I don't remember their names, I'm sorry.
Super bar and bartenders, always kind and helpful with everyone, run by the manager Constantin.
The dining room is fantastic and well organized by the Maître d' Davide, always there for any need.
And not to forget the food: enviable, with dishes that were always different and delicious. Thank you for everything, and we'll definitely see you again!!
A holiday worth repeating
A holiday worth repeating. The welcome/reception staff were truly satisfying, both in providing information and in taking care of every need.
Fun and activities (especially for children) were excellent. The entertainment was enjoyable without being intrusive or overwhelming.
Good food in terms of variety, quality and quantity.
Once again, we felt right at home!
I came back to this hotel for the second year in a row and, once again, I can only confirm what a wonderful experience it was.
My son Alessio loves this place, and on the very day we left he said to me: "Mum, next year I want to come back here!" And I have to say he's absolutely right: it's a fantastic hotel, where you feel welcomed and pampered from the very first moment.
Recommended, a great holiday
Family trip. The hotel building is a little dated, but equipped with every comfort. Absolutely satisfying in every respect. Top-level entertainment for children, with young, kind and always smiling animators (Emma, Giorgia, Sofia and the magical Filippo above all). The housekeeping staff are among the kindest and most professional I've ever come across on my travels. Good food, plentiful and varied, and very kind and helpful staff (the Maître d' Davide and the magical, incredibly talented pizza chef Giovanni above all). The partner beach is very nice and spotlessly clean. Professional reception, just as kind and available for anything. The small, very chaotic pool was the only "less" positive note, but of course with so many guests that's completely normal. Highly recommended, and maybe one to repeat!
